Question about Quickness mod on daggers

I was thinking about stocking up on p gems and trying to cube myself a CFKoQ (Cruel Fanged Knife of Quickness) for my Druid, but I was told by someone that for some reason, the Quickness mod no longer spawns on daggers on realm. Can anyone confirm or deny this with any amount of certainty for me? I just don't want to waste hours trying to roll an item if it's no longer possible to roll. Thanks.

According to the numbers from d2data, the quickness and the cruel affix are possible for daggers with a base qlvl of at least 78, which are fanged knives and legend spikes.

If you still have doubts, you can check the inventory of shops for daggers with these affixes, not just fanged knives, but all daggers, as it's the same for all of them. Also identify those you find. Until you haven't found one of quickness or a cruel one (you don't need both affixes on a single one to be sure about it), you can save your gems.
