Bowazon (help me)

Ok, so I'm in the progress of making my bowazon, she's almost done (level 70). My gear is:

Dream Bone visage
Fortitude
Faith GM
Cat's eye ammy
Dual leach ring
Raven frost
Verdungos
Gores
+2 B/C, 20% IAS gloves
Torch, 4 Bow gcs, 5 20 lifers, 2 100 dmg psn charms

Stats:(with gear on)
110 str
305 dex
70 vita
15 energy

Guided arrow damage:4,500

So, here's the deal, I recently dueled a friend who uses 160/60/120/45 combo, and 08 windforce. He put a ton of points into vita, not dex. When we dueled, he would tank my arrows, (took like 4 shots to kill) and then would one hit me, every time I didn't avoid. Did I make a mistake putting points into dex rather than vita? Have I built my zon correctly so far?

You KNOW that your zon build cannot stand toe-to-toe with your friend's zon more vita build, and yet, you apparently are attempting to do so by not bothering to avoid?



Did I make a mistake putting points into dex rather than vita? Have I built my zon correctly so far?

75, depending on +vita and/or +life from gear, is a bit low. You should be looking to improve Vit to about 100+.

get rid of the bow GCs. get psn dmg/cold dmg/max dmg/ frw /fhr/life charms instead. bow gcs are worthless and do nothing but add to mana cost. you need 50 more ias to reach the bp. and your act 2 might merc needs a pride polearm.

I meant the Amazon SKILL avoid, not literally avoiding his arrows. And no, I didn't stand "toe to toe" with him, I was far from that.
