Booted....temp restriction?

This happens to me 2-3 times a day whenever i am playing...I will lose connection and then when i relog in it says my connection is temporarily restricted from this realm...please try again later.....what is going on with this. I used to play a long time ago and I do not remember this happening, I just recently ( as of this month) started playing again.

Typically from joining games too fast... 2-3+ games in a minute could get ya temp banned, 20+ games in an hour could get ya temp banned... so mostly it's just from switching chars/joining games too quickly.

as for tonight though, it is just randomness... i've been connection interrupted ~8 times from same game, and temp banned once... all while trying to stay in same game waiting for dclone to maybe pop.

Are the temp bans Blizzard's way of saying, "Ok, we can't defeat the bots, so we'll limit their capability but bone everyone else in the process," or what?
