ubers class

Whats the best pally class for killing ubers? im trying to make a char that can easily take down all the bosses for rushing, the summoner, nihlathak, and the countess. and attempt to solo the ubers what should i be?

For Ubers, do a quick gear switch and beat them to death with your 1-point smite.

Smiter hands down to solo the ubers (which is want you want to do if you want to get the torch every time).

I've found my windy druid is great at everything BUT Ubers, expecially for running for keys. Just gotta get a nigma on him and some halfway decent windy gear to really make him fly. With that gear I can run Countess, Summoner and Nihilithak in just a few minutes.

yea smiters are good in ubers, but i will give u a interesting idea, a frenzy barb. i made one, its so much more fun to do ubers with him( of course dracs are needed for this build) if you are interested in a frenzy uberer, let me know, i will give you my build.

yes definitely smiter, though you should read the giude on the 1pt smiter, thats what i use. it leaves more skill points open for auras like conviction and sanctuary, both excellent survivial auras in uberland

I suppose a 'din with a point in smite could also do, never tried and i dont like 'dins (personal pref) and realistically, the advantage of crushing blow i think overweighs the damage dealt by a hammerdin (not that a 'din couldnt have CR, but most 'din equipment doesnt focus on that, so you'd be cutting into you hammer power for CB)

I absolutely agree. Switch in goblin toe, Guilliames Face, Draculs, fast smite weapon (I personally use 6 socket PB so I don't need IAS anywhere).
