Synergy with resistance auras

On a auradin, with dream, dragon and hoj, why does fire res and light res make the aura dmg higher? And why does salvation make the dmg higher also?
Is it a bug? Could it be fixed by Blizzard?
And does it actually work?

yes it is a bug as those skills are synergies for the skills

yes it can be fixed by blizzard, but im guessing not anytime soon
