hello, I was wondering is there any chance I could play Diablo without using cd, I think I have other things to spend my money on than new cd's and new cd-rom's

If you physically have the CD and just don't feel like putting it in every time you want to play, you can get a program like Alcohol 120% and create an image of the CD.

I would be very careful about making suggestions like this, I imagine this is pretty close to toeing the line on 3rd party programs.
Koeraokse - In case you haven't, you may want to read the rules (http://forums.diabloii.net/rules/). I can understand where you're coming from, in a way, but asking for help on things like this can be construed as asking for help on 3rd party programs, which is prohibited here.

I don't see this beeing even near violating the rules.
I've been using "Virtual CD" for a good number of years now.
It's basically the same as alcohol120, daemon etc.
Just create an image file of your cd slap it in a virtual drive and you're good to go.
Edit.
One thing though, you may want to go to their forum for support.
