When the new ladder season rolls along, I'm going to be starting on ladder, instead of staying NL. First I'm going to make a Meteorb sorc, then I plan on making a zon (seeing how fun they are :P) now, I will be dirt poor (duh). Which build would be the best for a cheap one? I currently have a light javazon...which aren't the cheapest to say the least  . Also, for the build, what would be the gear to look for? PVM, for maybe pitting?? or Chaos?? I dont know. but for mfing and genereal PvM

You have Meteorb for mf? I never played Ladder till late this season, so I can only imagine what very early pvp scene is like, but how about Hdin? Gotta love that desynch if no Enigma.

I think he wants a build for pvm not pvp, once you have nothing you will see how inexpensive a light zon actually is...
you dont need top end gear to be that effective. Bowzons on the other hand would never survive in pvm untwinked.
as far as gear goes, use the standard stuff everyone else will be using. Meditation merc, spirit monarch, hope to find decent javs, stealth armor, lore helm. All that good stuff and your on your way to a decent untwinked light zon.

Yes, PvM. Are you absolutely sure that there isn't any bowazons that i could make for cheap? I kind of do like javazons, but I really want to make a bowazon (w/ cheap runewords?)
make a coldsorc and moat meph till u get some decent items, get an infinity and make a lightsorc/javazon, voila u're invincible @ pvm

With Pitting you can make a WWS Bowa as a good Ladder starter. Many people swear by it. Additionally, the RW Harmony, can be a good starter bow. I don't know about your ability to run CS in a multi player game, however with enough damage and arrows you should be able to clear it in single (to low) player settings.
However, IMO, Java is queen for untwinked.

Agree, go for a Witchwild String Bowazon. That little bow can be amazing!

Hrmm, I think I'm just going to get a Meteorb, Mf, get forges, and rush my chars. Then when I've gotten some stuff, make Infinity, get the Javazon stuff, and maybe make a kicksin. Seems like the only decent bowazons these days are twinked faith zons.
While javas are way easier, bowzons aren't that hard to do untwinked. The only toughies in normal are Durial and Diablo. I revert to using a jav for them, jab is a one point wonder. If I get the runes in time, I take on big D with an Edge rw bow. The rest of normal can be done with composite bow socketed with iths and some envy jewels in a helm. NM, make Harmony as soon as you can in any 4soc bow you can find. This will take you to hell. By Hell, something better should have dropped, if not, remake Harmony in a better bow (blade, matri, etc.) This with Treachery armor will get you through the game.
