i was just wondering!!! how on earth do u get an enigma without buying them!!??!! i am not in US so i can't get 1 from buying!!!
and its so hard to mf with my hammerdin without 1!!
its hard to duel casters too!!(but i bet i can beat other hammerdins:wink3: )

can u guys just tell me how i can get an enigma.??
and i can't mf a lot...

how much mf you got? if you have some wealth make javazons and farm cows:) and get socketables,runes, and cube pgems. then trade a lot.

You certainly can MF without enigma. It takes a little longer because you can't tele but you could trade for a tele ammy for that. With Vigor and fast run boots you could run right past any monsters as well.. Try doing the Pit, The Council, Mephy, Pindle, Eldrich and Shenk for a while with as much MF as you can muster. The only long run is Mephy but he is worth it. Then take the stuff you find and trade for what you need. Then I would add Baal and maybe Andariel runs to the list. The Countess, The False Summoner and Nihlathak can drop the Keys to open the Ubers so I often do them too and the Countess drops runes often, though rarely high ones. You gotta put in the initial footwork for a while to get what you need.

Well you could try to get chance guards/goldwrap and maybe some MF stuff for your weapons switch so just before Boss dies you switch weapon/sheild for more MF. MF boots/charms would help as well. You want at least 200 MF and preferrably 400 in my opinion. You want to find a balance so that you dont die and can kill things but have as much MF as possible. As you do MF runs you will aquire better equipment and thus get better at magicfinding. Yes mephy is a long run but he is worth it!

Another way to increase your MF is to put MF on merc and let him get the last hit. He gets the MF he wears PLUS your MF.

Its not a good idea to beg.

But concerning your life. Yea, i think its because of your items and stat distibution. With enigma you dont need so much (if any?) points in strength, so thats more into vita.

Go to act 3. Somwhere deep in Black marsh theres a unique monster Gloam. If you kill him he drops a enigma.

i got my enigma pretty early and luckily starting from scratch

i made a hammerdin as well and just got my gear through forge drops, collecting pgems, and mfing...

just run pits, i had no idea what pits were new to 1.10 and started running... nothing but blues so annoyed me but as my mf % increased it paid off all the hell meph runs i did made no wealth compared to pit running

just remember to pick up gc, socketables and try running with as much mf as possible

a gc got me my hoto and nigma before my first char was even 80

You don't need and enigma, you want and enigma. There are very builds that actually require specific items - Wolfbarb, WWSin, Witchyzon and that's about it. Hammerdins don't require an enigma, it just makes life that little bit easier.

everyone has to start somewhere, even those 'rich' dudes with all the best uniques and runewords, and i assure you they didnt get rich by begging. you really should stop wasting time begging, start mfing and saving up for the big E

another thing, asking for help (or in yourcase begging) and bragging about how good you are at pk usually wont get you very good results. it is easy to own in public pk games if they dont BM or use cheats, dueling leagues and communities are where the big boys are.

Crappy enigmas go for 1 High rune on uswest all the time.If your unkillable hammerdin cant find something worth 1 high then something is wrong.
