Blade Fury Sin help

Hey im making a blade fury sin and i'm currently kicking *** but the thing i need to know is if blade fury works with increased attack speed or faster cast rate.

Either one, could someone show me where to find the tables for the fps for thsi skill.

It always flies at the same speed

neither help so devote all of your gear to offensive mods such as crushing blow, DS, elemental, ED, etc.
