When you craft a caster's amulet, it gives 5%-10% faster cast rate I read. But today i saw a 18% faster cast rate pnb ammy. How did the person get that much fcr?
And when you craft a caster's amulet, and you want a 2 to druid skills and one with res, then do you craft the ammy with a 2 druid skill magic(blue) ammy with res on it?
And are the ones with over 10 fcr costy? Thanks.
The guy who had crafted the amu had gotten fcr as a bonus mod on it. Same as if you get res on it. (Crafters know the correct term for this, but i hope you get it.) So he had the base fcr and then the bonus equaling in 18% one way or the other.
The mods on the magic amu doesnt make a difference. Only the level of the item. Not the required level to wear the item, but the invisible item level. Depending on what monster have dropped it, or with what kind of level char had gambled it. More experienced crafters can say exactly what ilvl the amu needs to be.
Cant say about the cost at all.

Everything you need to know about crafting amulets (http://forums.diabloii.net/search.php?searchid=509695). Pick your thread of choice.
The suffix "of the apprentice" grants 10% fcr. The amulet you saw had that suffix plus 8% fcr from the crafting recipe.
