When it says Charge up, does it mean that the effects of all the charges add up or is it just separate?

Ex: Phoenix Strike:
On Charge 3, do I get the meteor, lightning, and chaos ice bolt damage at the same time, or do I just get chaos ice bolts (3rd charge)

EX: Tiger Strike:
At lvl 20, on charge 3, do I get the 1440% bonus or do I get 480+960+1440 % bonus?

You only get the stat with which the level of the charge is at. So at charge 3 phoenix, you get the chaos orb.

the skills in the center of the MA tree only gives what it says on that acctual charge level, meaning phoenix can only realse one effect per release. The other elemental charge-ups release all effects stacked upon eachother. CoT, however, suffers from nextdelay that can prevents second and third charge from hitting the same monster, knockback can solve this problem.

This is misleading.

Claws of Thunder, Fists of Fire, and Blades of ice - you get all three listed effects stacked together.

Phoenix strike, tiger strike, cobra strike, you only get the bonus listed at that level.

This is misleading.
How is it misleading? Did you mean that "the skills in the center of the MA tree" was a bit unclear for meaning cobra, tiger and phoenix?

Actually, I missed the 'skills in the center' portion; I was running on almost no sleep when I posted that.

My apologies. :flowers:
