Shield on blizz sorc

I finished my blizz sorc recently(well sorta) and am looking into what kind of shield I should use for PvP and PvM. The shields that I am thinking of using are SS, spirit, and 3 soc Head hunters with cold facets in it. Which one do you think is the best shield and if there is a better shield please tell me:grin:

SS or Spirit will both be fine. Just wondering... how much FCR do you have on your gear already?

Depends on what type of build you are dueling...

If you're dueling a melee, obviously SS but you're gonna sacrifice some FCR that you could have had with Spirit.

For casters, you're probably gonna be wanting to tele/cast fast on them, so obviously the FCR route is the way to go.

Use one, put the other in stash.

yeah u can always switch and try both. Should be a personal favorite thing...
