How can I declare hostility?

Press "P" to bring up the party screen. There will be a small button that will allow you to declare hostility. You can only declare hostility if:
1. both you and your opponent are at least level 9
2. you must be in town

[nickedoff]

Beware that you can't access waypoints for a little bit after you hostile someone/some people, and all your TPs close.

You can't enter tps, either, until you unhostile.
