How to open a Pandemonium Portal to Matron's Den?

I have Mephisto's Brain ,Baal's Eye in stash. I transfer the 3 keys to open the Pandemonium Portal , but it is to The Forgotten Sands.

Some people said the Pandemonium Portal is total random, is this true?

Or I need to keep the Mephisto's Brain ,Baal's Eye in inventory instead of stash to open the portal to Matron's Den?

Or I need to keep the Mephisto's Brain ,Baal's Eye in inventory instead of stash to open the portal to Matron's Den?The game decides to open what by checking to see which portals are already open, not by which organs are in your inventory. If portal A is already present, then the game picks between portal B and C to open. If no portals are present, then the game picks between A, B, and C. This is the reason why most people open all 3 portals in one game; this ensures they get one of each portal.

But open them in different places so they don't overlap.

Just to add: you can have as many organs as you want in your stash and inventory; it won't affect the portals opening.
