Anyone have a guide for a weaponless melee sin?

Elemental charge skills can do damage without weapon/boots, but they'll do you no good in ubertrist because of the immunes ... also no leach, because of low physical damage, even with lifetap from dracul's you're dead meat.

See no way of making it without weapons ...

I've heard that all MA skills work barehanded except for BoI and CoT. I haven't tested myself, so I don't know for sure.

Without weapons or boots it's only elemental damage left. cb will work, but without leach your dead meat anyway.

Not true. I play with 3 friends in a "weaponless" melee group (actually, we all use normal quality white weapons just for the better attack speeds). The lack of leech is problematic, but can easily be compensated for.

Oh, I missed the Uber Trist comment in the original post, I thought it was just for general PvM. Yeah, it'd be difficult to do Uber Trist with a weaponless build. Although, of course, the easy solution is to make a kicksin, although I'd disallow that on the basis that a kicksin's weapons are her boots (so a "weaponless" kicksin would really be barefoot). If we disallow boots, then it'd be almost impossible to do uber trist.

Although... now that I think some more about it... hmmm... get a weaponless, barefoot assassin with some crushing blow and some open wounds. Give her a BO/BattleCry/Howl Barb, Salvation Pally, Resist Cold Pally, Resist Fire Pally, Resist Lightning Pally, Meditation Pally, and Conviction Pally. Stack her to the gills with PDR/MDR gear and BO her. Take her into Tristram, have her spawn the ubers one at a time, have the Barb Battle Cry the Ubers (for -100% enemy defense) and Howl away all of the critters, have all 6 Paladins spam Holy Bolt at the Assassin (go go Meditation!), have the Assassin kick (barefoot) so that the CB and OW trigger and take the Ubers down to nil, and then have her switch to FoF/BoI/CoT/Phoenix/Whatever to take off that final sliver of life. I'd imagine it could be done, although if your build needs 7 support characters to pull it off, then what's the point?
