Monster Skill Levels for Conviction & Lower Resist in Hell der

I'm curious as to what skill level of Lower Resist an Oblivion Knight will be casting in hell difficulty (so a level 85 area), and what the skill level of Conviction for any unique in a level 85 area would be. The Arreat Summit states that a Conviction enchanted unique will have the aura at monster level/4, so (with a monster level of 88) that would mean a skill level of 22 or 135% resists decrease...which seems quite a bit higher than what it is in reality. Anyone able to clear this up for me? Thanks in advance.

Going from memory, the level of the conviction aura on a monster is mlvl/8, not mlvl/4, though I'm not anywhere near my notes. I'll post again later, if my notes indicate different, though I don't believe they will.

The skill level of the lower resist curse cast by the Oblivion Knights in hell would be slvl 10 (base slvl 3, plus 7 for the Hell difficulty bonus).
