Mind Blast for Light Trapper

Hey guys. new on the forum here. I was just wondering, for my pvp light trapper is it worth maxing mind blast? more specifically does a higher lvl mind blast affect the stun length in pvp? ive noticed the stun length is much less in duels. Cheers.

Stun length has been cut down by a certain % in pvp

But getting higher lvl mindblast does prolong it iirc

i don't think mind blast is one of the stun lengths that have been cut down.
