Tyreal Might + Azurewrath bug?

Ya... so i heard about a new 'glitch/bug/ w/e' you want to call it, that if you equip a tyreal's might and azurewrath you get insane dmg or something. iirc they were talking about smite dmg and they said that greif's +dmg mod is a glitch as well onto smite (though we all know its just the way the math works out lol.) Has anyone heard anything similar or anything about equiping Tyreal's Might and Azurewrath on at the same time?

I saw a sorc using both Tyraels and Azurewrath once.
She was teleing in a baal game I was in.
