How can you get bugged tals?

I just saw a bugged Tals Armor, and duh, I want it. Do you have to find it, or is there a formula for it?

Doesn't "bugged" tell you about how it was created? >_> It is the result of a bug/glitch/hack, and thus cannot be created legitimately. The only reason there's more than one is because of duping (also illegitimate).

In this case, it would be "hacked", as it's the original item, but with additional stats, whereas if it would be "bugged", it would just be the item's stats in a different type of item (such as wiz gloves, where weapon stats on gloves).

And the only way to acquire these items is to trade. Because they're superior to most other items for certain classes (such as bug tal for smiters and cs zons), they cost a lot.

Btals allows more flexibility for say V/Ts and Smiters. Isn't ben's v/t using btals? As for CS zons, it's one of their few ways to get dr while maintaining high resistances (sanctuary+btal+bbelt).

Bugged eth armors can be made with the cube recipe, and are still - basically - legit.

Then again some called the eth armors "glitched". Sort of semantics issue. Eth glitch is now endorsed by blizz I think,they are obviously too bored to correct that. And I think they should let it be,or all those glitched items will get ridiculous value. As for "bugged" and the such,some items like wiz gloves are just too "convenient" to be random or just luck. Why there isn't a magefist bone knife instead ? :)

I was pretty sure that i heard a 'bugged tal' is just its .08 version, just like .08 highlords/gaze/valk,etc etc

Maybe i was told wrong, i dunno. Bottomline, the thing is still an illegal item, and while its considered to be godly for some, there can be many alternative arangements with just about the same results :thumbsup:
