Euro-PvP = Legit? Whatever

Basically I'm being labelled as non-legit because I don't play according to the euro-PvP rules (which is quite unbalanced itself, and completely over-power sorceresses).

He complained about a little-overstacking, yet he failed to realise that even teleport on enigma and CTA (which he used) is by no mean legit on Euro-PvP?

And definition of legit/legitimate.
Being in compliance with the law; lawful: a legitimate business.

So I guess Euro-PvP shaped the whole dueling scene, huh?

Those guys who claim that Euro-PvP rules mean a thing, are dumb.

I actually met this Euro-PvP druid called Music. I dueled him, beat him 5-0. First three with normal pub rules, the last 2 with no teleport. Back then I didn't have CoA and my Grief was 34/341.

well, why the hell did he join a pub game then? My friend whom you have duelled a bit (the fire sorc) also joins pubs and never says something is not legit. He plays by his rules but does not impose them on others and I am quite sure I am the only person he tells something is not legit. He hates my grief and leap, and still owns me ofc :laugh:

Wheather or not the rules are not balanced is debatable, but they do go overboard a lot IMO.

Btw, do you want to know what the sorc standing next to you in the screen is saying? bypassing the word filter is bannable but I can always pm you :wink3:

In Poland we refer to channel pol-1 as lol-1 and it's quite adequate :laugh:

Excuse my curiosity, but are you by chance a Finn? Or were you just hanging in the Fin-1?

As for what they're saying, it's something like:
"HOLY **** WITH THESE SOFTPLAYERS!! GET A LIFE PLX PLX "
and
"OH **** THESE PANTYPOOPING (is there such a word) SOFTIES CRACK ME UP BAD" or something like that. And lots of "@" and ":O".

Btw, the whole idea of having lots of rules in some group then going pub and expecting everybody else to follow weird rules nobodys ever heard about is just absurd. Some general guidelines may exist, but other than that... its free for all.

First off if ppl want legit dueling , i mean 100% legit dueling why turn up at a pub game?

Also why should you run on foot while a sorc is using tele?????

Like i said in pub ppl play by there own rules ypu should always be prepared for 2 v 1, nking players, gold stealing and abs.

I mean who do ppl think they are coming into a pub game and thinking their dueling rules apply to others?

The only rules i follow in pub is not to abuse absorb vs other elemental chars, Don't interupt other duels and don't nk ppl for no reason.

Today, when playing in a public game, I met a blizzard sorc, who hosted me. Then she started crying about "abs", when I only used 2x Ravens, no resistance stacking. That should give me about -100ish cold resistance versus them. So why are they whining over "absorb" when clearly they do not heal me. Also, it's funny how those dumbasses do not realise that only numerical absorb can make you heal, such as snowclash. Then the sorc started calling me a "chicken" or something for using absorbs.

Why the **** do you use leap on left click? It makes your leaping way harder, gogo shift. Why not move ww to left too?

Yes tele isnt used on some chars in Euro PvP (Ele druid and Sorc ofc can)

Everyone likes a good challenge, and Euro PvP is the perfect challenge for some, but not others.

Dont get me wrong, public duels are great, and we know how things can get out of hand there, so i apologise for any ignorance you recieved from this player.

And on that note i hope that you can see that not all europvp players are like this, infact, most of them are good guys.
