PvP bone necro, hoto or gozu white wand ?

Does someone know whats better ? i guess hoto for fcr ?

Does anyone have THE best guide for a pvp bonemancer ?

I used both back in the day (1.10 that is). I guess a good white is preferable vs certain non elemental casters (hammerdins,windies), combined with a darkforce. 125% fcr and good damage (block/resists useless here). I'll let the wiser people now respond :)
