good Windy Druid Circlet?

Hey was wondering if this would be good for windy druide. It has no FHR but I could still socket it and it has 15 res all.

Anyway, the 25 strength i think would be good. Any thoughts?

Does the strength and resist not make up for lack of fcr or life?

yah, I dodn't look at jalals got more resist and strength + mans, so, sorry for wasting your time.

Plus Jalals is much lower level requirement. sorry I'm just getting into playing druids rather than necros or barbs. I'll still be trying to find a good one.
