Hi samadin.

Before you begin trading there are a few 'hoops' that we'd prefer you jump through. First, please read the current trading forum rules (posted here: http://forums.diabloii.net/showthread.php?t=284233).

Second, as mentioned in the rules, we like it when new members take an interest in our community, and one way for you to demonstrate that is to make an introduction post in the Single Player Forum (aka SPF: http://forums.diabloii.net/forumdisplay.php?forumid=3). Typically, we'd like to know about how long you've been playing D2, your favorite character builds, why you choose single-player instead of BNet, as well as some minor personal details (your age and where you live, hobbies outside of D2, etc.) Obviously, don't post anything you feel uncomfortable sharing with 100 strangers ;).

Third, when trading please clearly post the version of Diablo2 you're playing. If it's the most recent version without any mods installed, we call this 1.11 vanilla (vanilla = generic term for unmodified), but there are a couple of other game modifications that are prevalent around here (RRM = Red Rune Mod and RWM = Rune Word Mod - search around the SPF for details about these).
