Is armageddon a worthwhile move for wolf?

I was wondering if armageddon could add anything for a fury wolf? What I mean by this is could it help put people into fhr animation? For isntance if I was fighting a smiter and he was smiting me could it put him into fhr to help me attack him quicker?
