ISO Death' Guard

It seems odd to look for such alow item, but I wanted to try the full set for twink a new char.
FT: other low lev sets pieces, or maybe gems (various types) or potions (big purples).

This item is conisdered fairly rare, and is used alot for twinking new chars, I personaly have only 1 death belt.

I didn't know that. I've checked in the pricecheck thread and found nothing.
Anyway which could be a fair value of the item?
I have Pgems to trade or should it value higher sets/unique items?
