Fo(t)H for PvM?

I'm thinking of building a Fist of the Heavens Pally for PvM. I know, I know, it isn't an ideal skill for waves and waves of monsters, except if they are undead, but I still want to make one. Here are my thoughts:

1) Reach the 75% FCR breakpoint (if I can cast it faster, I will be able to move and manually dodge enemy attacks, be they melee, ranged or elemental)
2) I was thinking of using 'Infinity' Polearm on myself, because if I do I can have Holy Shock as my active aura. Problem is though, that I will lose at least +7 to FotH. But I'm thinking that the Conviction aura and the - to Enemy Lightning Resistance might make up for that, and maybe it might even be better. I'm hoping it will increase my damage anyway. Also, as I said before; as Conviction is on the stick Holy Shock would be my main aura, and since this is a mage-type of build it will most likely have a lot of +to Skills.
3) If I go with the above mentioned; Combat or Offensive Aura GC's? Or an even mix of them?

Well, this is all I can think of for the moment. I'll surely come to think of more things later.

I've found some posts by people using 5 socket Scepters with +3 to FoH and put +5/-5 Facets in them.

Maybe put the Infinity on the Mercenary? But then I wouldn't benefit from the -55... On the other hand it would allow me to have more +Skills.

Another option to get the HS aura would be 'Dream' Helm and/or Shield, but then it would be capped at SLVL 30.

You need absolutely no fcr. Why because foh has a 1 second cool down period, so no matter how much fcr u had, u can only cast 1 and then have to wait a second before the next one.

I understand the fcr for tele and the like, but he didnt mention any of that in his first post, so i figured he wanted the fcr purely for the foh

Forgot, teleporting also, and 75% FCR breakpoint would also be nice for Holy Bolt.
