2CDkey character combo

I have 2 cd keys therefore I can run 2 session of D2. I am starting 2 new characters, one for each sessions, using alt tab I can alternate the 2 screen so I can party the two character.

I am thinking 2 summoners, it will be great coz summoner don’t really have to lift a finger, and I can rely on skelly to kill.

The down side is that the 2 summoners will compete for gear. Therefore, I would like to ask what other choice of character / build you would choose.

I thought about pala and summoner, summoner provide the safety, pala the aura. or sorc and summoner, where sorc is the main cannon.

What would be your choice?

so you CAN run two games on the same computer?! could you explain to me how you do that?

also, I would choose a sorc over pally, only because if you're going for the best gear, you'll probably strap on dracs on your pally and curse everyone with lifetap, overriding your necro's amp damage curse. However, if you just intend your pally to be a walking aura, then use him. Bust out an exile on him for an additional defiance aura, get a nm act 2 offensive merc for the might aura and......some other act 2 merc....i wouldn't suggest holy freeze merc in that you'll probably want bodies, perhaps one of those life regen mercs.

I can tell you from experience that running 2 chars on two DIFFERENT computer sucks... 2 chars on 1 computer is going to be much much worse. I think you'll probably get fed up with it very quickly.

For example, just getting 2 chars to move across a field together will be very irritating alt-tabbing constantly.

how do you get 2 windows of diablo up without having to create two users on same comp. the only method i know of involves a 3rd party program which i am strongly against. if there is another way to get 2 windows up without having to login as a diff user, plese inform me as this will save me so muhc time.

I agree, its not worth it.. unless you have a special type of software which allows you to run 2 operating systems on 2 seperate screens with 1 keyboard and mouse. I've seen it, but it wasnt used for game play, it was used for work. lol

Get a Mercenary and equip it with aura gear. Running 2 games by yourself is a hassle. (I have 2 comps/copies and only use it to get my lvl 1s through hell)

I thought the method (which does include 3rd party software) is encouraged by blizz, need to check.

alt tabing is annoy indeed, it take twice aslong to get things done. But the benefit of using necro is that you dont really have to worry about making attack, skelly will do all that, so that all you have to worry about is to put your necro / army in the right place. that I can live with.

sorc would is like the main cannon but she need clicks to attack.

two cd key 1 pc is bliss with it comes to muling.

can you explain your method? because my current muling method is the biggest pain in the arse. switching profiles on 1 slow comp = zzzzzzzzzzz

i guess that goes against the ToC or ToS of blizzards. but i cant see why this would get your account banned here? you are not encouraging use of it, you are explaining the method. if someone wants to use this method, it was their own choice to use a 3rd pp. you did not supply where to get, how to actually use (codes im sure are needed or something of that extant) alot of people in these forums discuss bots and other 3rd pp and even the names of them. i know alot of people in these forums that use MH and alot that use channel bots/spam bots/ game bots (dclone)/ shop bots... etc. i would say enforcement of 3rd pp is pretty lax because of the non consensus to which 3rd pp are considered immoral.

I am seriously thinking just 2 summoner. or 1 summoner, 1 poison summon. since useful aura can be provided by merc like someone said...

I myself run two accounts, a necro and barb for BO. However I think actually trying to play both would be a big pain...I'd say go with a barb or an Enchant sorc. Enchant all the skeletons and you'll get a pretty nice damage increase.

Howabout a Summoning Druid for extra Summoning Fun? Max out HoW for harder hitting skelliesz and then throw in the Dire Wolves to help the skellies.
