Wow you imbued that??? That's a very good pick up. Seeing as how it has good plus skills and some base FHR, I would say yea and socket it. Good find man

Yep, I used a level 92 character, and a normal hawk helm that dropped from baal's minions, so it must have had a decently high item level. Then I upped it using the cube formula.

Socket it? Sure!
If u plan on using it- um or shael it.
if u plan on trading it- socket but put nothing inside.

and excuse me for asking but I kinda forgot... What is the cube formula for making rares?

I imbued it from a normal hawk helm, then the formula I used was:

1 Ral Rune + 1 Thul Rune + 1 Perfect Amethyst + Normal (Basic) Rare Armor = Exceptional Rare Armor
The item type is upgraded.
