can you up a rare pelt with the cube formula?

The arreat summit has the formula "ral + thul + pamythest" - rare "basic" item -> exceptional rare.

Can you do this formula for druid pelts? I just imbued a really nice one but it's just a normal hawk helm. :cool:

yes you can up them all the way to elite in non -ladder only uniques cannot be up'pd. :smiley:

i dont see a reason why you would do this though (higher requirements and druid dont have a def boosting skill/spell)

The defense went up quite a bit and I figured most people have the 50 str that is required to wear the exceptional version (griffon headdress). Every little bit of defense helps.
