I have a problem with an item - need advice

Last year, I made a trade involving a Tal's belt and mask and a couple other items.

I never thought anything was amiss. However, today while doing Meph, I found another Tal's Belt.

When I equipped the new one, something was different. I compared the 2 in atma and I found a problem. First, the one I traded for didnt display or give the partial set item bonus. It also is listed as just "expansion" and not 1.10+ expansion like the rest of my items. I never played before 1.10 so dont know if this is normal, but the item not having a partial item bonus leads me to believe this item was duped/edited.

I looked back in my emails and found the person who traded it to me.

I am wondering what the proper thing to do here is.

The plain expansion label means that it is pre-1.10 LOD. Before 1.10, many (or all?) of the set items didn't have the partial set bonuses, so I don't see anything out of the ordinary in your old belt.

Edit: It doesn't look like Diabloii.net has updated the expansion sets for 1.10/1.11, so you can see the old info on the set here (http://www.diabloii.net/items/item_sets/x_tal_rashas.shtml).

Charms from older versions will change their tag to 1.10 Expansion when rerolled using the 3PGems recipe. So, it looks like a 1.09 charm rerolled in 1.10/1.11.
