monster levels . . 91 and up

I understand that only the higher mlvl (91+) charms can spawn the 41-45 "of vita" suffix on grand charms, but I keep staring at that level 110 modifier on the Arreat Summit and wondering if this is at all possible.

Does DClone ever drop random items in addition to his anni? (I've never seen a DClone before) After all, he's a level 110 monster. . . What about the keyset versions of Lilith/Duriel/Izual? They're level 110, too, I believe. . . Or maybe just their lairs. . . the loose monsters there I know drop items, though I never paid attention to whether the bosses also has non-organ item drops.

As far as I can tell, the monsters in uber Tristram never drop items, so I guess that's out of the picture. . .

Neither DC, Lilith, uDuriell, uIzual don't drop any items except for anni and organs, respectively.

The Über areas are L83 IIRC, so the random monsters don't drop anything special.

The monsters in Über Tristram are summoned minions which never drop anything. However, I heard they provide XP. It should be possible to get Meph stuck somehow, so he can do nothing but summon monsters on you, preferably while you are out of his conviction aura.
