Leeching mechanics

1. Does leeching work only witch physical damage?

2. If I have a Concentate Barb doing only physical damage, do I leech % from full damage as seen in stats?

It only works with regular physical damage from regular melee and missile attacks. That means, concentrate will work while berserk won't work because it deals magical damage. Crushing blow damage is special physical damage, so it doesn't work. Smite is a special melee attack which won't work as well. However, smite works with lifetap.

In nightmare and hell mode, leech is reduced to 1/2 and 1/3, respectively.

Also it's good to realize that your leech is based on actual physical damage done - so you will not leech so well from physical resistant monsters. Also when the monster is slivered to 1HP, you will not leech too much from the next hit...
