about skillers

i've been seachring for skillers for a while and somebody said today that u only can find skillers in nm Travincial and hell travi is this true? if not where can u find them or can u just find them anywhere in any grade (normal,nm,hell) ?

Skillers can drop in the nightmare Great Marsh and everywhere beyond that area.

If you're looking for +skills exclusively and don't care about additional attributes, the NM Act III areas from Great Marsh on are good because the ilvl of charms is high enough for +skills, but not so high that you'll have the chance of getting attributes associated with higher ilvls that may be worthless to you and keep you from getting +skills.

Are you sure it's the great marsh ? I always thought it was flayer jungle...

i don't know they told me to play nm great marsh so i don't know if its flayer jungle or great but i try both and look. If nobody tell me which 1 is best for skillers

i found most of my skillers on hell though

Both are fine. Flayer Jungle is probably better because of the high number of flayers skittering around, and it helps to have a char that can view NM games to find you a full game to farm charms in - 8 player games yield far more drops than a single player game. In 8 player games, the flayer herds start raining items like confetti.

I actually don't have any experience yet going solo in 8 player games. Is there some standard of how much damage you need to be able to do to make 8 player games viable for obtaining items by fighting solo in them?

well, for plain skillers we're talking nightmare mode. Therefore, no immunities and lower resistances, life and damage all around. Any caster is good, even untweaked, and especially chain lightning, frozen orb and meteor. Try sending a trapsin into nightmare flayer jungle and walk out of it a few minutes later without a scratch.
