Ok I am not a very wealthy man so my gear might seem crap to you, but here goes:

Build:

20 Axe Mastery
20 Battle Orders
20 Frenzy

I have have lots of skills points left and my aim is 85 for a start. Now for ubers should I spec towards more damage(Taunt/DS) or should I get something in Shout instead?

Double swing
Double throw
Iron Skin
Natural res
Inc. sta
Inc. speed
Shout
Howl

My question is - Will this be able to make it in ubers?

You got 0 (zero) crushing blow and deadly strike. Ubers would take forever, but since you also got no life tap you'll die in a heartbeat. If not it'll be sloooow.

Are you planning to solo ubers???

If so, there are some important thing that you absolutely must have.

1. Life Tap. The most popular way to get this is from gloves called draculs grasp. Dont worry about the loss of mana leech from soul drainers, you use mana pots in uber trist.

2. Crushing Blow or cb. This is the only way to realistically get ubers to very low life quickly, commonly known as slivering. Crushing blow is available on many items and Arreat Summit, linked in the guides section, have a comprehensive list of items with this mod. The boots Gore Riders give you 15% chance to gain cb per hit which is a good start. If you Howl away the minions and have monster AR this may be enough. However I have never solo'd ubers with less than 45% cb. The armour duress is a handy source and is also useful for its resists and faster hit recovery. Most people will tell you that guillames face with 35% cb will solve your problems but that means losing arreats and a heck of a lot of AR with it so that may be a problem.

3. Resistance. Uber mephisto has max conviction which is -125 res all. Add the standard Hell penalty to that and it is pretty easy for a frenzy baba to be in the minuses for all resistances. Do the math and aim for a gross of 250 res all or better when fighting Meph. I use switch gear when fighting ubers and go for Meph 1st. Once he is done I switch to diff gear for Diablo and Baal which is more dmg orientated.

4. AR. This is a problem quite easily solved with Demons Limb. The enchant charges on this weapon last for ages and can add several thousand pts to your AR. This equates to an additiopnal 10% chance to hit for most monsters. If you can lay your hands on AR charms then load up on these too.

5. FHR. I am not experienced with baba's but if the numbers are the same as for sins you should aim for 86% if possible. Otherwise 48% ( or is that 47%?? ) if items dont permit the better level. Faster hit recovery is vital in character without a shield cos guess what, you get hit. A lot.

Looking at the gear you describe I would say that you will be unable to solo ubers. If you make a few item changes it could become doable without spending heaps. The 2 items you simply must have are draculs grasp and gore riders. If I had to choose between the two however I would take gores but, and it is a big but, you must lose all items which cast curses. IE the chance to cast weaken from soul drainers. You can shop at Hell level Harrogath for a Life Tap wand and have it and a high res shield on weapon switch. Cast life tap then frenzy frenzy frenzy howl. F,F,F,H etc... If you do this you must watch for when the red bubble things disappear over the uber's head. Recasting Life Tap is your highest priority at this pt. I have done this with a paladin and died roughly 25 times before I killed all three. Paladins by-the-way are the easiest chars to uber kill with so expect real trouble without those dracs.
