I've been playing an Assassin char. for several weeks (actually 6). She is currently at clvl 72. I am wondering if I am levelling too slowly?
Assuming a player devotes 10-12 hours of playing per week, how long do you suppose it would take to get a new character to clvl 99?
Assume that the player follows the experience/level guidelines laid out on the chart under the community forum links.
What is the quickest way to get max. levels?

It could take several months even if you are bug rushed to hell act4 and do chaoses until lvl 60 and then move to baal runs. I think you should ask Stoutewolf, he's got I think 1 lvl 98 druid 1 lvl99 druid.

Being rushed/chaos/baal/twinking, I can get to 90 in a day before it starts crawling to a snail's pace, but...

As long as you're having fun playing your character, I don't really think there's a "too slow". Granted, after you've been playing for a few years, one would ignore the story plot and whatnot and go straight to powerlevelling with lots of deleting along the way to make your ideal character.

However, I think it's also important that when you're first starting out, to take your time playing it in order to actually learn and enjoy the game.
