Pros: more dmg, Deadly Strike, Venom, enough IAS to hit 4 frames WW with 34% ias.
Cons: not ethereal

Seriously, the leeches are not needed, you can get them from other places (rings, amulets), and in PvP leeches do ****s. As for the +30 attributes, not worth all the damage. Granted, it can save you a tad of str when using Fortitude+randombelt+beast+CoA, otherwise useless. No, you do not need the +30 dex if you're going for max block.

EBotd has less damage, less stats needed, +30 stats. That's it. You will never _need_ the +30 stats, the less stats needed is pretty useless too, and then the less damage.

If we are talking about PvM Botd>Grief.

In PvP, a barb will already have enough life without the saved 30 or 60 stats, so we look for damage, which Grief offers.
