I know I've heard about a recipe that let's you upgrade a unique's item level fro normal -> exceptional and then again to elite (Such as making Chance Guards Heavy Bracers as opposed to Chain Gloves). I can't find proof for or against this anywhere, and want to know if there is a rcipe like this, since I'd really like to upgrade my Shockadin's weapon.

And watch out. There are different recipies for rares vs. uniques.
Especially useful for upgrading rare or unique belts to get the maximum of 16 slots. :wink3:
