In some forums, it's kinda possible.

That is, you trade something on NL for something on L using a trustworthy person.

How's that usually arranged practically ? Do both traders give their original items to an intermediary person, who then gives them back the other way round ? Or do both people have NL and L charcters and exchange items in L and NL games respectively, with perhaps a 3rd person watching ?

If they trust eachother which usually is the case for example here. You can first go to ladder and give the stuff, then log on to non to give the other stuff.

highish post count makes a difference for some people.
