Set items?

hey

how about set items? can you find all set items, everywhere? or are set items bound to places?

so if i want to find a complete set, is it just plain luck, or should i look at peticular places to find m?

and what are charms?

Set items can be found anywhere, just like any kind of item. Of course, high end items can not be found in normal difficulty etc...
Luck is the key to everything.

Charms are small "talismans", that take either 1x1, 1x2 or 1x3 squares, and have different mods. It can be for example +life, +strength, +colddamage etc etc.
You get the bonus from a charm by simply having it in your inventory. (not equipped on any place, but in the inventory)

That one is an exception.

The Cow King set can only be found there, while all the other sets can be found anywhere as long as the Alvl and Mlvl is high enough.

So, for example you can fins parts of Tals and Angelic set.set in The Pit or in WSK2, etc. But if you go to act 2 normal, you can find Angelic but not Tals.

It all depends on the Alvl (area level0 that you are in, followed by the Mlvl (monster level) and the Ilvl (Item level) of the item.

If the Area level is high enough to have monsters that have a high enough Mlvl to be able to drop From the correct TC level (treasure class) that the item (tals) is in then it can drop.

So to start having a chance to see Tals Set pieces drop you need to be in The act 4 area of the outer steppes for the earliest chance.

However your best bets are the act bosses after that point or other Alvl 85 or 87 listed there. Nightmare act bosses also work, but with less cance of higher drops in the equation.
