Which new ubers would you like to see?

Since there is hope that there will be some new features/bug fixes when the next ladder season will start, I would like to ask you what monsters would be your favourite "uber"-monster coming with a next patch.

Witch Doctor Endugu is in Flayer Dungeon Level 3 - Usually but not always, guards the chest which drops the Brain. Quest to make Khalims Will... To smash the compelling orb to get to Mephi...

No offense, but I _have_ played the game through at least a few times, but that was like ... I think, almost 2 years ago, and like 2 times. After that I never bothered.

Actually you can play the game through,and kill the council in travincal without breaking the orb,then receive a tp from a party member to a durance level,proceed to kill mephisto and go to act4...No need for a rush to avoid endugu,although he was one of my favorite monsters to farm back in my sp days.

I would like to see an uber mirror image of yourself, with the same moves, and same equipment, resistances, etc. fter you defeat your mirror image, it would drop 1 of any item you have. (including Charms, items, horadric cube, tome of town portal,etc.) . This uber could be extremely rare, and would happen out of nowhere in Hell mode. I don't think this will happen though, and there will probably be a lot of hackers abusing it. =/

Wouldn't even have to be hackers abusing it. I know I would. Trade for an awesome item, drop this uber to the very minimum amount of hp, then shed all the items I *don't* want copied. Kill him wearing only the item you want more of. Pain in the ***? Absolutely. Worthwhile way of collecting boatloads of coa's, griffons, tyrael's, etc? You betcha.

Why not just create new a uber... but a different type of monster, like Angels?

I'd like to fight Angelic Tyreal and Angelic Izual and possibley Angelic (to-be) Deckard Cain. Supreme dominance over evil AND good. true godliness imo.

Unique item upon completion: Wings of Lore (they have no mods but your char appearance changes to that of angels like Tyreal in act 4 pand. fortress)

Light radius is capped at 18, and base is 15... so you wouldn't notice much difference. :tongue:

Also, they tend to be kind of laggy. But if I were to participate in any more silliness such as Ubertrist, I like the fallen Rakanishu/Colenzo/Bishibosh idea.

It would also be nice if there were a curse like Iron Maiden for casters; and NO, Magic Maiden is NOT the same thing. If I did 16 damage to myself for using multishot with Magic Maiden on, whoop-dee-fu*cking-doo; that's not the same as actually having your damage amplified and reflected back on you!

I think it's time that (my own) Blizzard sorcs and Hammerdins had something to actually complain about.

I'd be delighted to see a level open via portal in each act populated by an ultra-deadly spawn of every superunique in that particular act, except for the act boss. And no, I wouldn't want there to be a quest reward other than experience. That way, people would enjoy running it like they ran hell cows before. Also, a redistribution of exp to places other than the Worldstone and Arcane and whatnot would be lovely.

Speaking of funny superuniques, there IS Icehawk Riftwing, the superunique gloombat in the A3 sewers. Of course, NO ONE knows what that one is, but those little cloudstalker/bloodhawk/bat things are quite possibly the most egregiously pathetic monsters in the game. (Barring gnat swarms)

Seeing Icehawk with 7+ mods along with every other A3 superunique in one compact level would be lovely. I'm debating with myself whether they should have minions or just more insane mods, and fight them as a group.

Additionally, a "second flashback" would be kind of cool, wherein you could open a portal in Tristram (yes, a portal after a portal) to another level where you would fight demon-twisted Adria, Farnham, Ogden, Gillian, and Pepin (do you guys even remember the last three?). Anyway, since I'm at work and wasting time anyway, here would be a few tasty stats for them:

Adria (casts "Armaggedon" [the best spell in D1], Summon Clay Golem, Chain lightning, Fireball--old school!)
Magic Resistant, Extra Strong, Casts my version of magic maiden with reflect magic

Farnham (90% slow ability; he was a drunkard after all. Slow is on contact with hit, and irresistible, like Holy Freeze)
Cursed (he was apparently haunted by what he saw after Lazarus betrayed Tristram), Extra Strong, Aura enchanted (Thorns)

Gillian (The useless barmaid, she just acts as an archer)
Extra fast, Extra strong, Aura enchanted (Fanatacism)

Ogden (The tavern owner that gives you the Harlequin crest, he has a 1/1000 chance to drop the unique shako, which is significantly better than any other damn monsters chance of dropping it for ME! He just melees)
Stone skin, Extra strong, Aura enchanted (Might)

And, of course, the crowning horror: Wirt. Yes, whatever, we saw his body.
Wirt (Thief mod like Lord de Seis pre-whatever patch, but this one makes gold and items in your INVENTORY drop madly out, which is far worse than simple belt-filching.)
Thief, Extra Strong, Aura enchanted (Conviction)

This would be a splendid level, in my opinion. Also, to continue with charm ridiculousness, we could have the Heavenly equivalent of the Hellfire Torch:

('T'would look like a vial of blue liquid the size of a grand charm)
Empyrean Vial:
+2 to All Skills
+25-50% Magic Find
+25-50% Gold Find
+25-50 Life
+25-50 Mana
25% chance to cast lvl 10 Hoarfrost on Striking
+12 to light radius

Then we could all have a ridiculous small, large, and grand charm taking up space in our inventory. The Hoarfrost would be pretty awesome, you have to admit. Screw cold charms and knockback if you can have Hoarfrost. Anyway, yeah.

Perhaps you could cube the Standard of Heros, a tome of town portal, a horadric scroll, and a nagelring to get there. Ya know, something more disparate that the stupid keys.

-Can summon Lister the Tormentor(Mana burn, extra strong, extra fast) + 6 Minions of Destructions every 6 minutes
-Heals only at 500 hp a second( not a lot )
-Can summon monsters from Uber Tristram
-Mlvl250 ( high level auras )

Personally i'd like to see the ubers implemented in single player before they add more reasons for us to be jealous. :(

The obvious necessary addition to the Uber roster is, of course, Flavie! She would be named Flavie Flav and sport a full-size clock around her neck. To further the "time" theme she would have, she would always have a Holy Freeze aura & would spam Decrepify continuously.

Furthermore, her arrows would have knockback effects and also the poison javelin effect possessed by the Tomb Vipers in Nihlathak's lair. And just for the icing on the cake, she would intentionally be multi-shot while sporting the awesome lightning-enchanted/fire-enchanted bug from NM difficulty. Good luck smiting your way through that one.
