Theoretical highest shout/bo

What is the highest skill shout/bo/battle command a barb can have with the best equipment? While this is theoretical, I'm working on making as nice a one as I can make with my budget.

My best guess:
+3 warcries circlet
+3 warcries ammy
+2 skills armor (Myth runeword is cheapest)
+3 warcries echoing weapon
+3 warcries echoing weapon
+1 skills arachnid
+1 skills soj
+1 skills soj

+3 barb skills torch
+1 skills anni
leaving room for
9x +1 warcries grand charms

+30 to warcries... with maxed warcries: 50 skills in warcries

Shout: +590% defence
Battle Orders: +182% life/mana/stamina
Battle Commands: +1 skills

With BC that brings us to 51 skills...

Shout: +600% defence
Battle Orders: +185% life/mana/stamina

Anyone see how more + skill could be added?

A Skill shrine, maybe? I know it sounds unreliable, as they are random, but
A lvl 53 shout and BO have a duration of ~640-650 seconds, plenty of time to find another skill shine if you're fast.

+3 Warcries, +3 BO, +3 Shout Helm

Sub in that helm and throw in a skill shrine and you've got 56/56 BO/Shout.

Magicals cannot have runewords made into them, and the only way a +3 warcries can spawn is the magical prefix Echoing. This also prevents 3 sockets, as it's only spawnable on grey items and as Artisan's on magicals, and items cannot have more than 1 prefix, unless they're rare and rares cannot have +3 warcries nor 3 sockets.

Whats the deal with 2xcta weaps? when equipping 2 of these, whats the max bo lvl you get including the +1 to all skills mod?

is it 5 6 7 or 8 total to bo?

it's 5. The ideal setup would be +3 WC/all skills on other hand, +3 bo cta on other.

If by "wcs" you mean "Warcries", then no, that's impossible.

Highest BO would be 55(using +3cta), Shout would be 54(echoing weapon). Since this is theoretical add that skill shrine for +2 more.

Sidenote: On my Singer I have lv 52 BO and using a rare +2 barb +2BO +2Shout helm, I have given up looking for that magical barb helm(+3WC/+3BO).

AncientsQuest: can you post a picture of that helm? the one you found with combat.

the ideal warcry helm... it reminds me of the ideal foh weapon...

a 5 socks scepter with +3 to combat sks and +3 to foh... and i know it exists... i've seen a few...

so im guessing the helm should be possible as well... though i cant see the point in it having 3 socks... you cant make a runewoord and you dont "need" any runes in it...

the scepter had to have 5 socks for 5x 5-5 light rbf... but why would the helm need 3 socks at all?

my guess would be that the best possible helm (that can spawn) is one with +3 warcries, +3 bo and +3 shout... and so far i've only seen one of those anywhere...

its extremely rare and hard to get... and its worth a lot... and who wouldnt have expected that?

before anyone asks... no i dont have a screenshot and i know other people who've seen the helm...

In order for any item to spawn with 5 sockets it must be non-magical. +3 Combat Skills is a magical-only mod. So either you're halucinating or the scepter you saw was hacked.

well im not the only one who saw the scepter so im guessing it was hacked

You probably saw a scepter with 3 foh 3 conviction.

btw, what would be better a +3 combat, 3foh, and 3conviction, with 2 light facets(add socket with larzuk)

or a staff with +3 foh and 3 conviction and 5 sockets with facets ?

On a humorous side, lvl 51 war cry does 2070-2116 dmg, and stuns for 10 seconds!

Using 2x hoto's and magefists that would give you the same amount of + skill but 100% fcr!

I tried it in single player (with an editor). It actually pretty funny and effective.
