Socket Question :(

can magical circlets be socketed with 3os or do they have to come with that specific prefix?

If the circlet is magical (blue) and it doesn't already have sockets, you can use the larzuk quest reward to give it a 50/50 chance of getting 1 or 2 sockets, assuming the circlet has a high enough ilvl to get 2 sockets, of course.

Edit: Otherwise, the only way for a magical circlet to get 3 sockets is for it to spawn with either the Artisan's or Jeweler's prefix.
