... don't I see maxed warmth in any builds ? Is it such a useless skill ? It seems like the most important skill of any sorcs to me.

1.you can get enough high lever with +skills from items
2.Insight runeword with lvl17 Mediation aura = lvl57 Warmth

Maxed Warmth shouldn't be used on any build except Enchantress. And don't even try an Inferno sorc, too buggy.

Insight and +skills should be more than enough. If not, use some pots.

So the reason people don't put many points in it is because with +skill items and such, one point is 'enough' ?

With +15 to skills in gear/ann/torch, the mana regen from dual SoJs and magefists, and a pretty large mana pool, one point is definately enough for me. Prior to LoD, I did have lots of points in warmth since +skill items weren't as easy to add. (silks, 2 SoJ, tarn, spike, magefists, anyone?) With diminishing returns the higher you go up, the skill pts used in it could probably be better used elsewhere.

Awesome skill for 1 point, but not thát much better at 20 points than at 1... those points are far better spent to pump up your dmg.
