Crafting question

Ok, so I know theres tons of info out there, i've gone thru a lot.

i used the affixcalc on diabloii.nu and found that any caster craftie belt can get all the resistance affixes (i did ilvl1, clvl1 and it still came back all possible)

so, low level (i think 1-30) is 60% 2 affix, 20% 3 or 4 affix.
the next step is 31-60 for 80% 3 affix, 20% 4 affix
and then 61+ will have 4 affix.. correct? (had trouble finding these numbers again so feel free to correct me)

what I'm going for here is a belt that has 2 decent resists and it can be any one because charms can be juggled around... so at low ilvl i'd have to get really lucky, at high levels i risk getting more unwanted mods... so... i don't ask stupid questions often and i know this is one, but:

which would be better for the sole purpose of getting a decent resistance craftie belt? I figure as low as i can go anyway is about lvl 30 so i'll do 31 for the extra mod... info? any? :P

The affix changes are:

ilvls 1-30, 40% chance of 1 affix, 20% chance each of 2, 3 or 4 affixes.
ilvls 31-50, 60% chance of 2 affixes, 20% chance each of 3 or 4 affixes.

ilvls 71+, 100% chance of 4 affixes.

Yes, a belt can get access to each of the resistances affixes, but it would be a very low %, with such a low ilvl, unless you crafted using a high level belt, such as the vampire fang belt. This would give it a resulting alvl of at least 37, which is enough for each of the highest resistance affixes available to the belt.

i got the same results with a sharkskin on the affix calculator too, but an excep or elite for the slots, for sure.

and thanks for the corrections on the ilvls, quite useful, at least now i can numbercrunch myself... i just dont relish it. on a cursory glance 4 chances at 8% (sum of the chances of resists at ilvl 79... and its rough calculated since i'm at work) vs. 2.2 chances at 18% (2.2 being the expected outcome of min ilvl, 18 another rough chance of rolling a resist) take into the fact that i want 2 to be workable.... thats more complicated math, but by increasing the grabs you greatly increase the chances iirc from my statistics days...

I'll number crunch later but if someone has just an answer by all means shout it out.

also is that a sample from all affixes? could you, say get all prefixes or all suffixes? since resistances are all prefixes obviously those are the ones i want... thanks in advance again.
