Passion Runeword?

I'm thinking about making a passion runeword for my Conc/frenzy barb, but I thought some outside input would be nice.

The 25% Monster to flee bothers me... but isn't that what taunt's for? Or WarCry? I might make it out of a nice 2-handed weapon and just use it for bosses or uniques, or would it make a better set of Frenzy weapons?

Will my +skills affect the +1 Zeal I'll get with this? Not 'Barbarian skills', mind you, Like +to all skills, via an etlich and such.

+all skills will affect the level of the Zeal.
Taunt makes the monsters attack you physically, Howl makes them run.

Yeah... That's why I listed 'but isn't that what taunt's for? Or WarCry?' because taunt would make then Stop running and march on over to ME so I can give them one of these *Shakes sword*.
But WarCry might work a little better, as it stuns them, and stops them from moving...
