Tomb Reaver. Why?

"+14 to life after kill"

Combine with draculs for an extra +10 to life after kill and maybe toss on halaberds reign and Verdungo's for some life replenish and go Beserk!

leech? you can leech off of zerk's magic damage?

yes i know you can't leech with zerk but the other mods still make ebotd the ideal choice

as for pvp if you can consistently tele zerk kill skilled teleporting caster builds then you are damn good

I would go with a 2 hander barb also. With Warcry, the melee monsters should be stunned with war cry.

Since this is a zerker build... I don't think you'll want to take him against faster-hitting melee characters...

take a botd thundermaul... thats damage...

and doesnt beserk kill your def for a few secs leaving a shield virtually useless?
