Key of Hate + Key of Terror + Key of Destruction = one of three portals in which you'll get Mephisto's Brain, Baal's Eye, or Diablo's Horn.

After you get the 3 body parts....
Mephisto's Brain + Baal's Eye + Diablo's Horn = Uber Trist portal where you'll receive your Hellfire Torch and SoH.


Oh, and you might have to fight some monsters to get the body parts and Torch.

the countess, summoner, and nithlatkek in hell difficulty have a small chance of droppin a terror key (countess) hate key (summoner) and destruction key (nithlatek). once u have all 3 keys you put them into the cube and transmute them. it will open 1 of 3 portals. the portal it opens will be random each time, so it is much easier if u just have 3 sets of keys and open them 1 at a time in the same game, which will eliminate the threat of openin a portal you dont need. neway, the portals will either be the furnace of hate, matrens den, or forgotten sands.

furnace of hate= uber izual
matrens den= lilith (basically just andy but stronger)
forgotten sands= uber duriel

when you kill them you will either get mephistos brain(izual), diablos horn(lilith), or baals eye(duriel). now once you have all three organs you transmute them in a cube and it will open a portal to uber tristrum.

p.s you can only open the portals in act5 hell

And be careful and don't open the portals cubing items directly in stash... u will have a chance to open 2 portals in the same spot making impossible to access one of them...
