polearm question

i am going to make a conc/ww barb and i was wondering if it was viable if i could use polearms with that build. also i heard i need to pump dex for damage with polearms, can someone confirm this? thanks.

You do not need dex for dmg with a polearm.
Conc/ww barb isn't the best choise imho. Or ww or conc with 1 point in zerk in any case would probably be a better option. You do not need two physical dmg skills for PvP. One main skill and one for taking down immunes to the main attack (1 pont in zerk is enought for physical immunes).
