Poison Charms and Pvp

I just have a couple of questions about these.

1.) Is stacking these considered BM?

2.) What is the damage you want on these charms?

3.) How does this boost your damage? I cant see it doing too much but im wrong about alot of things when it comes to Pvp.

1) Some people consider it BM because they cannot handle poison. This is mostly the cases when Bowazons stack masses of 290s.

2) The best ones can have I think 4xx, but some known are 313 and 290.

3) It adds the amount of poison to your minimum and maximum damage.

As for the damage output, I'll give an Example:

75% PR, 40x 290's, no PLR:

40*290=11600 (over 11 seconds)
11600*2=23200 (Hell PLR Penalty)
23200*0.17=3944 (PvP Penalty)
3944*0.25=986 (75% PR)
986/22=
44.81

So with a full inventory of 290s you gain 44 damage. Worth it. It might. But now, look at 85% PR and 75% PLR.

40*290=11600
11600*(2-0.75)=
11600*1.25=14500 (75% PLR)
14500*0.17=2465 (PvP Penalty)
2465*0.15=369.75 (85% PR)
369.75/22=
16.8

So now you gain 16.8 damage.

And what do you lose?
20-40 resistances
20-40 stats
+3 barbarian skills
+1 all skills
+5-10% Experience
+8 Light Radius

Worth the 44 damage? I doubt.

Poison charms are only good, imo, for 1 reason.
To stop your opponents replenish life. In really close and long duels when you win by 50-100 hitpoints this means a damn lot. I think it might affect open wounds, but im not sure on this. I would get few 1-2 psn sc's with some vita or ar and have the poison last for as long as you can. I think 5 seconds is the max.

i prefer skillers with some psn dmg over the heavely stacked 290's because of the loss of skills... then as a fillup just use whatever psn sc's you can find... its especially fun you hit the opponent once and watch them slowly die wile they are chasing you and move in for the killing blow when they suddenly notice that their life has dropped more then they had expected...

the most enjoyable thing is ofcourse psn and open wound... they keep losing life after they turn back to normal colour... some people completely freak when they see that happen and completely forget your barb untill you slap them dead
