Chance to Block - SS - dex

What is the dex you need to reach max chance to block with SS for a lvl 90-92 character?
Is it worthwhile to put in stat points voor PvP versus using your stat points for vit?

Of course it is. Max block is needed for any melee char.
For Max block at level 90-92 your looking at about 200 dex. 222dex is need for level 99.

222 at lvl 99 - 7*2 (assuming lvl 92) - dex from items = your base dex
